BACKGROUND
Prosper Junior School – Kyengera started in June 2019 as a private school. Comprising of Day care, Kindergarten and Primary sections. It enrolls children from Daycare to Primary Seven. Prosper Junior School Kyengera is a multi – cultural embracing school, situated in a pleasant easily accessible and conducive environment, 7 miles (Kyengera) along Kampala – Masaka Road, Wakiso District Uganda, East Africa. After six months of inception, Covid pandemic hit the country leading to its closure for two good years till January 2022.

We work with different stakeholders in the community to ensure that the needs of our children are met. This handbook is guiding you on school life, policies, practices and procedures followed in day today running of the school. Use it as a tool to obtain the school general information.

Prosper Junior School – Kyengera teachers are highly trained and well prepared to handle children of all categories.
Prosper Teachers shape, prepare, train, guide, mentor, facilitate learning, invent, are creative and add value to their learners. They build confidence, motivate learners and are result – oriented.
REGISTRATION
On admission, a birth certificate, 2 pupil’s passport size photographs, parents’ passport photographs, a child’s immunization card, a recent school report card, an application form and a filled medical form are required. The
parent shall provide official names of the child to be used on all official
child’s documents and the school shall provide an admission number for official reference.
